Hudson Table is a culinary studio with hands-on cooking classes for kids and adults.
Hudson Table is a culinary studio with hands-on cooking classes for kids and adults. Learn culinary and baking skills in our summer camp, after school, mommy & me, and holiday classes. Host a birthday party where kids can make some delicious food together and learn some new skills. Classes for 2-14 year olds and adults!
They can also do private birthday parties with a custom cooking lesson of your choice!
In the summer months, Hudson Table offers week-long kids’ camps. Each week has a different theme, including Cooking Techniques, Cooking Competitions, and Cooking Around the World. Structured like a mini culinary school, chefs will be in charge of their station and come away with a new understanding of how a kitchen runs. These camps are also divided into older and younger kids’ groups.
Year-round, Hudson Table offers hands-on adult culinary classes. In these classes, groups of 4 create every dish on a menu, from working on knife skills and finishing up prep to stepping behind the stove and cooking their meal. Their chefs supervise the end-to-end process of creating a refined meal, covering kitchen safety, culinary techniques, and how to put a beautiful meal on the table. Once the cooking is complete the kitchen turns into a dining room where guests enjoy all of their hard work!
Other adult events at Hudson Table include chef competitions where the guests become the judges' panel, chef tasting menus, and family-style dinner services. They also offer in-house and off-site catering services.
Your safety and the safety of your kids are their greatest priority with regards to COVID-19. Hudson Table follows all local guidelines and regulations.

"I just wanted to say thank you- the event was a ton of fun. All the candies were a hit and the girls had a blast decorating their cakes. Also, the cake itself was AMAZING! The chefs were great teachers and hosts." - Kelly J.
