We were super excited to try the spices ever since we read about this new company. And boy, we were not disappointed!! The first thing we noticed was that they are extremely fragrant and fresh. The New World Chili is a winner and tastes great on almost everything. We put it over salads, eggs, avocado toast. The Old World Roast was wonderful on sautéed Mushrooms/Onions w/butter served on warmed up hoagies with some cheese. The West Indies curry is such a robust and warm blend of spices. We made a fish curry with it and it was perfect. Their packaging is top notch too. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
