GOOD GRIEF Community Event

This time of year is joyful for many, but for those experiencing loss, it can be tough. SIFTMedia 215 is holding a GOOD GRIEF Community Event Co-presented with @thethreadphilly. The Good Grief Film Project (8 short films by SIFT filmmakers, inspired by poems) will screen with interludes for reflection through recordings of improvised musical performance by PARALLEL WAVE, inspired by the films and poets.
After the screening, there will be a Q & A with the poets & filmmakers. The event also includes: grief resources, memorial candle making and socializing, culminating with a conversation on grief around the holidays with Janice Tosto, host of “Grief Journeys” on @gtownradio.
