Guided Mushroom Walk at Morris Park

There are limited spaces for this event so please only register if you are certain you’ll attend and cancel your order if you can no longer make it.
Meet at 5pm at the corner of N 66th and Sherwood Rd by Morris Park. After a brief introduction everyone will head into the woods and look for mushrooms. Collecting is not permitted at this location, however you can observe, photograph, and discuss what you find along the way.
Children are welcome to attend. Dogs are also welcome, but they ask you to keep them on leash at all times. Please dress appropriately for outdoor activities. Close-toed shoes and long pants are recommended due to poison ivy and ticks.
By registering for this event you grant the Philadelphia Mycology Club to use photographs and/or video of you taken at the event in publications, online, and in other communications related to the Philadelphia Mycology Club.
