Head for the Cure 5k – Philadelphia at the Navy Yard

This 5K run/walk aims to raise funds and awareness for brain cancer research, benefiting local brain tumor research at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Jefferson Health, Penn Medicine, Global Neurosciences Institute, Temple Health, Cooper University Health Care. The event will feature local vendors, music, children’s entertainment, snacks, awards for runners, and a program honoring survivors, caregivers, and healthcare heroes.
Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, including both walkers and runners.
Children’s entertainment: Kids Fun Run, they get a t-shirt and medal, sweet treats, face painter, and more!
