Indigenous Peoples Weekend at the Museum of the American Revolution

Explore Native American history and culture at the Museum of the American Revolution during the Museum’s annual Indigenous Peoples Weekend celebration from Saturday, Oct. 7 – Monday, Oct. 9, 2023. The weekend celebration will include traditional Native American dance performances, hands-on demonstrations, craft stations, and other family-friendly activities.
Throughout the weekend, the Museum will be joined by a group of dancers from the Delaware Nation of Oklahoma, who will perform traditional Lenape social dances and tell stories on the Museum’s outdoor plaza. Performances are free and open to the public.
Indigenous Peoples Weekend at the Museum is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
