NATURE TOTS: Pumpkin Jack

Children ages 2-5 years with an adult can join Pennypack for a story, simple craft, short walk, games and more.
This month they will read Pumpkin Jack by Will Hubbell. This story details a pumpkin’s life cycle from carving to new spring vines. The kids will get messy dissecting a pumpkin, tasting the flesh and seeds, saving some seeds, then putting the remains in the meadow for the animals to munch on, and the seeds to grow next year.
$5.00 per child.
Adults are FREE. Please dress for a mess.
