Philadelphia Zoo Butterfly Tree and Pherris Wheel Lighting Celebration
Philadelphia Zoo’s LumiNature presented by PNC returns with over a million twinkling lights for their tree lighting celebration along with the grand opening of the Philly Zoo Pherris Wheel, a 110-foot observation wheel offering stunning views of the illuminated displays and city skyline. New this year are Santa’s Lodge and Jambi’s Solstice Saloon, joining beloved returning displays like the 40-foot Penguin Prismatic show and the iconic 25-foot pink flamingo tree. Guests can bring their Zoo Key or purchase one at the gift shop to activate special interactive elements throughout the experience.
