Cliveden offers free, family-friendly and fun activities every second Saturday, from August to October!
Cliveden offers free tours of the property and free entrance to their current exhibit, “The Turmoil of Transition: The mid-nineteenth century at Cliveden” from 12pm to 4pm, beginning on the hour. The last tour of the day is at 3pm.
At 12:30pm, join Cliveden staff for ‘Object Investigator.’ Geared towards young children, Cliveden staff will lead a 30-minute guided experience exploring an object from the collections.
At 1:30pm, Mt. Airy CDC staff will lead a free story time at The Literacy Nest, a community reading installation built for children and their caregivers to be a safe and inviting space to share and read stories.
