SUMMARY:Reimagined Street Scenes
DESCRIPTION:This installation features six illuminated art panels handcrafted by Lisa Marie Patzer Studios. The visuals are inspired by photographic 35mm slides shot by Ben Kabakow\, a NYC postal worker and photographer. \nLisa Marie Patzer is a digital media artist\, designer\, and entrepreneur creating site-specific art that integrates light\, pattern\, historic imagery\, and vibrant color. In recognition of her exceptional contributions to the field\, she received the prestigious Pew Fellowship in the Arts in 2019. The following year\, she was awarded the Sachs Arts and Innovation grant from the University of Pennsylvania. \n
