Since their founding in 2000\, Uplift’s clinicians have invited youth and caregivers to engage in creative expression of their grief through art and storytelling. These art-making activities help attendees explore their grief\, reflect on the legacies of the people they grieve\, and find community together. \nWith the permission of participating families\, Uplifting Voices: Art That Speaks will proudly display art created by young people and caregivers during Uplift’s Family Art Night series and grief groups. Uplifting Voices will also include a community grief art activity\, light refreshments\, and opportunities to connect with the Uplift community. Join them this Children’s Grief Awareness Month to celebrate how art uplifts voices. Featuring artwork created by Uplift Center for Grieving Children’s youth and families in honor of Children’s Grief Awareness. \nFree and Open to All.
