The Wizard of Oz Educational Exhibit, a traveling exhibit based on the beloved movie classic, runs through January 16 in Philadelphia. Visitors of all ages are invited to come along with Dorothy and Toto on a multi-sensory exploration of the Land of Oz.

Jurassic Quest is North America’s largest and most realistic Dinosaur event. Guests walk through the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic Periods and experience for themselves what it was like to be among dinosaurs of all kinds. Jurassic Quest is the only interactive dinosaur event that has over 100 true to life-size animatronic dinosaurs in each of its indoor touring shows from the very small to the gigantic. Whether their prehistoric counterpart had skin that was scaly, had feathers or fur, Jurassic Quest has spared no expense in bringing the dinosaurs to life. Jurassic Quest exhibits also allow future paleontologists to dig up fossils, ride their favorite life-sized dinosaur, enjoy walking dinosaur and baby dinosaur shows, and enjoy a dinosaur themed play land in addition to face painting, crafts and much more.

Experience a transformation into the Mesozoic Era with prehistoric dinosaurs from the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods. Walk through this Dinosaur adventure to get up close and personal with life-like creatures, reptiles, and life-size dinosaurs, with most standing over 25 feet tall and spanning over 60 feet long, including T-Rex, Velociraptors and Stegosaurus!

Get funky on and off the ice on Friday nights at Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest with Music Nights in the Lodge in partnership with the Women’s Coalition for Empowerment, Inc.
Twice a month enjoy themed music nights featuring performances by local artists, live DJ sets by Tee Alford of Funky People Radio & WURD, family-friendly movies, dance parties, bubble magicians, and much more. It’s fun for all ages!

This fun and stimulating class is a must for the young singer or instrumentalist. Students will build a strong foundation of listening and performing skills through singing, rhythmic movement, tonal and rhythmic patterns through the Gordon Music Learning Theory, learning to read basic musical notation, and strengthen their aural skills to match pitch using the Kodály system of hand signals and solfege syllables.

Daniel Tiger and his family along with O the Owl, Miss Elaina, Katerina Kittycat, Prince Wednesday, and more familiar friends will take audiences on an interactive adventure to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, sharing stories of friendship, helping others and celebrating new experiences. The live show features new songs and fan-favorites series, including the beloved “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” The live theatrical production is filled with music, dancing, and wonderful surprises that will warm the hearts of preschoolers, parents, and grandparents alike.
