DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to join the Penn Medicine Community Health Fair as we promote health and wellness in West Philadelphia. The event will feature a variety of health screenings and educational resources\, free food\, raffle prizes\, and fun for all ages. \nFree onsite health screenings include:\n• Breast cancer screening* (advanced 3D mammograms)\n• At-home colon cancer screening kits\n• Cervical cancer self-screening\n• Prostate cancer PSA screenings (blood test)\n• Lung cancer risk assessment\n• Vascular and liver health assessments\n• Eye health screening\n• Throat cancer screening\n• Diabetes and hypertension screenings\n• Mindfulness resources \nFor questions\, call 215-472-9040. \n*Additional breast cancer screenings will be available through the Penn Medicine mobile mammogram van\, which will be parked at the Fresh Grocer of Upper Darby (421 S. 69th Street\, Upper Darby\, PA 19082) June 24 – 27\, and June 29 – July 1. Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday\, June 27. Age 40 and over. Walk-ins only. Health insurance is NOT required. (Bring insurance card\, if applicable.)
