SUMMARY:Gladwyne Montessori Fall Open House
DESCRIPTION:Experience The Montessori Journey\nSaturday\, October 17 | 9-11 a.m. \nThe Journey is more than a parent education event—it’s an unforgettable opportunity to step into your child’s world. \nGuided by Gladwyne Montessori faculty\, Head of School\, Hadley Ruggles\, and Assistant Head of School\, Gwen Shangle\, this experience offers a hands-on look at Montessori education from Infant through Upper Elementary. \nDuring The Journey\, parents become the learner: \n\nMove through classrooms\nExplore authentic Montessori materials\nTake part in lessons led by our teachers\nGain first-hand insight into how children grow academically\, socially\, and emotionally through this unique approach to learning\n\nThe experience culminates in the Kindergym\, where participants engage in a final lesson followed by time for reflection and conversation. Parents often leave with a new perspective\, not only about their child’s daily school life\, but also about themselves and the way authentic learning takes place. Many describe it as eye-opening\, inspiring\, and even transformative. \nGive yourself the gift of The Journey. It’s one of the most meaningful ways to deepen your connection to your child’s education and appreciate the lifelong impact of a Montessori foundation. \nLight refreshments will be provided. \nThis Open House is designed for parents and guardians only\, so you can explore the classrooms and ask questions without distraction.
