Philadelphia Family Community Calendar
Children will be guided to explore their capacity for physical and mental balance, strength and flexibility using the tools of movement, mindfulnness, conscious breath, and relaxation. Music, stories and games using children’s creative contributions promote joyful engagement with skill development in the techniques of yoga. This program is led by Sarah of Surya Moon Yoga and is designed for toddlers and preschoolers along with their caregivers. Please bring your own mat or towel and wear comfy clothes for this half-hour program.
