The Wagner Museum celebrates the arrival of spring with a day of nature exploration with April First Saturday Open House—Spring Fest at Wagner Free Institute of Science. In partnership with The Discovery Center, The Land Health Institute, and Sanctuary Farm, the museum offers activities for all ages. Visitors can discover blooming flowers and buzzing bees in the Wagner’s yard, observe nature with binoculars and magnifying glasses, and learn about animal tracks. Creative participants can draw animal track patterns on fabric bandanas. Inside the museum, colorful spring birds are on display, and presentations about pollinators take place at 1 PM and 3 PM. Guests will also have the opportunity to take home a free book, courtesy of Tree House Books. The event provides a perfect opportunity for families to learn about and enjoy the wonders of spring.
