Philadelphia Family Community Calendar
This 60-minute class is focused on vinyasa flow and restorative/yin yoga. Use this time on your mat to connect with your body, breath and baby. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawlers.
Taught by Dahvia Dalton, a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher specializing in Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga. For over 10 years she has taught yoga to adults, kids and families as well as coordinated wellness workshops for the community.
Classes are drop-in.
