Postpartum + Play: Gentle Movement for Parents and Pre-crawling Babies

There’s a new kind of offering coming for you from the @bwelltots crew! Join @steadyup_pt every Monday at 9:30 for a postpartum class built for parent AND baby!
Join them for a rejuvenating and interactive Postpartum and Play Class tailored for the postpartum body and pre-crawling infants. This class offers a unique blend of gentle postpartum movement exercises and purposeful developmental movements for baby! There is always an opportunity for parents to engage in a Q&A session with a pediatric physical therapist to seek expert advice and guidance on topics such as infant development, motor milestones, and addressing any concerns related to their baby’s physical well-being. They provide a supportive environment where parents can move, connect and support their baby’s development!
