Betsy Ross House, Tipsy History:  A Love Story (Several time options)

February 15 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Love is in the air at the Betsy Ross House this Valentine’s Day weekend. For the most unique date in town, grab your plus one and join Betsy herself for Tipsy History: A Love Story on Friday, February 14, and Saturday, February 15.

You’ll hear a love story for the ages when you meet a young Betsy Ross just after her elopement with her husband, John. She faces the condemnation of her Quaker community for marrying outside her religion. Will she choose faith and family or true love?

Tickets include one handcrafted cocktail.

The entire experience runs about 75 minutes. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Plan to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to check in and order your drink. Program will begin promptly.

February 14 & 15
5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm

This event is part of a yearlong celebration of two important milestones in the life of Betsy Ross … the 250th anniversaries of both her marriage to John Ross and the opening of the couple’s upholstery shop, which operates today using the same traditional 18th-century craftsmanship.
