Budding Naturalists Spring Sessions at Riverbend
Riverbend believes in the joy that comes from time spent outdoors. Budding Naturalists, their Caregiver and Me Program, seeks to foster a connection with nature for young learners. Join Riverbend educators for a preschool-friendly nature-based program that includes a story, a craft, a nature activity, and a “hike” around the preserve. Every week Budding Naturalists will gather in Riverbend’s Snider Barn to begin the fun!
Registration is now open for the Early and Late Spring sessions. This program is one hour every Wednesday morning beginning at 10:30am. This program is designed for children ages 2-5. A caregiver must accompany each child. Siblings under 2 are welcome at no additional charge. The cost is $120 per child for a six-week session. Enrollment is capped at 12 participants. The final meeting of every session will include a campfire and s’mores.
Early Spring Session: 2/5 – 3/12
Late Spring Session: 3/19 – 4/30 (not 4/16)
