Celebrate Kwanzaa at Please Touch Museum
Families can honor the traditions and principles of Kwanzaa at Please Touch Museum by creating a Kwanzaa table painting in the Creative Arts Studio. In the theater, “edutainer” Mister Boom Boom will lead two interactive programs featuring an African drum circle that brings rhythm, culture, and creativity to life. Children can play authentic West African instruments like the djembe, talking drum, and shekere during and after each show.
