East Falls Halloween Parade & Block Party

Welcome to the East Falls 5th Annual Halloween Parade and Block Party, hosted by Rutabaga Toy Library on Saturday, October 26 (rain date Sunday, October 27th)! This event is a collaborative effort of the community, celebrating the spirit of Halloween and our wonderful neighborhood.
Halloween Parade: The parade kicks off at 3:30 PM and winds through the neighborhood while neighbors pass out candy.
Activity Stations: Engaging engaging stations will be hosted by local organizations and businesses. Enjoy activities like face painting, arts & crafts, a photo booth, and more.
Stage Entertainment: A fantastic lineup of entertainment and activities awaits! Show off your creativity in our Costume Contest, and participate in the Freeze Dance Challenge and other delightful games and surprises throughout the event.
