Gloucester County Goes Pink

October 5 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

The week-long Gloucester Goes Pink event will kick off on October 5th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local representatives, special guests, community organizations, and an array of activities.

The event site will be filled with vendors, Hoffman’s Exterminating mascot Bugsbee, food vendors, crafters, a donation-based pilates and yoga event, giveaways, Mantua Police, Fire and Post Office exhibits, interactive activities, photo ops for all ages, a pink walk and pet parade, and so much more!

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States, except for skin cancers. More than 300,590 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in 2023. Over the past three decades, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer’s walks have collectively grown into the nation’s largest and most impactful breast cancer movement – providing a supportive community for survivors, caregivers and families alike. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer funds lifesaving breast cancer research and is committed to advancing health equity through essential programs and services.
