Imani – Faith Virtual Mindfulness Experience with the African American Museum in Philadelphia
To honor Kwanzaa’s seventh principle, the African American Museum in Philadelphia (AAMP) will host an Imani virtual mindfulness experience on Thursday, January 1, 2026. Guided by Blackfullness through pre-recorded sessions, participants will engage in four practices—breathwork, meditation, sound, and movement—centered on faith and collective strength. This reflective series helps viewers begin the new year with grounded confidence, cultural connection, and a renewed commitment to community well-being.
