Intro to Ceramic Sculpture at Utility Works
In this sculptural hand building class, students will create one of a kind ceramic sculptures that can be functional or decorative. Students will also learn foundational handbuilding skills, sculptural techniques, and a variety of surface treatments & decorations. Projects may include sculptural vessels, animal sculpture and figure sculpture. Students are welcome and encouraged to bring their own project ideas to class. This class is appropriate for a range of skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
