Celebrate and support local businesses this Small Business Saturday in Old City! On Saturday, November 30, enjoy exclusive discounts and deals at participating stores throughout the neighborhood. Look for the balloons to find shops offering special promotions, and be one of the first 25 customers at select locations to receive a free Old City tote bag (while supplies last).
