Spies of the Revolution

July 23, 2024 @ 3:00 pm

The Museum of the American Revolution presents Revolution at the Library!

In this super-secret meeting, join museum staff as you learn about the spies of the Revolution! From shopkeepers and mystery women to enslaved men who served as double agents, discover who these spies were and all the ways they operated undercover. Solve some puzzles, uncover some secret messages, and discover why George Washington thought spies were an important part of the Continental Army’s victory.

The Museum and the Free Library are excited to partner with the library on this free program. Aimed at elementary school students and their families, Revolution at the Museum features fun and curiousity-provoking object, document, and story-based activities that bring people and events of the American Revolution to life. https://www.amrevmuseum.org/

Great for kids K- 5th grade and their grown-ups!

An ASL interpreter is available upon advanced request; please email Librarian Natalie at hartogn@freelibrary.org.
