Please join BLACK MAGIC WOMAN Productions on Monday, September 8, at 6 pm for a script-in-hand reading of “Cadillac Crew” by Tori Sampson.
Inspired by real events, Tori Sampson’s “Cadillac Crew” dares to examine the under-recognized contribution of women in the Civil Rights Movement. Set in 1963, the play tells the story of a group of female organizers eagerly anticipating the arrival of icon Rosa Parks. The first female to ever deliver the keynote address at the city’s convocation, her speech will center on women’s rights.
