The Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest offers fun for the whole family all season long with skating, cozy lodge lounging, and games. For a special Valentine’s Day experience, couples can enjoy the Sweetheart Skate. This romantic event includes admission, ice skate rental, a beautiful rose, a keepsake photo, and a choice of hot chocolate, hot coffee, or a glass of bubbly. A live DJ will set a romantic mood both on and off the ice. Couples can also create their own valentine and receive a personalized love poem by The Dream Poet Marshall James Kavanaugh.
