Katy was an amazing support as our lactation consultant after the birth of our first baby. She was available over the phone for crucial advice even before our official consultation, helping navigate a painful latch in the early days postpartum, and gave us so much reassurance at our consultation through a weighted feed, and an assessment of our baby’s mouth, and sizing me for the correct pump parts! She offered a ton of resources, including education materials, access to her for follow up questions through her messaging portal, and her free bi-weekly lactation group. Katy helped start our breastfeeding journey with confidence, and continues to offer invaluable support five months in!
