As someone who ran a preschool for 15 years, I could not be happier with The Montessori School. Their Preschool/Kindergarten/First Grade are absolutely top notch, as I presume all their age groups and grades are. The leadership is wonderful, the teachers are warm, highly-skilled and trained, and the whole school shines with care. They foster curiosity and independence while promoting belonging and community.

My children are in the Toddler and Children’s House environments at TMS. They are quite fond of their guides and their peers, and it is evident that they feel part of the community. With a whole child focus, the guides at TMS help children to feel safe and curious, provide the materials to help them engage themselves in their environment both indoors and outdoors, and they observe closely to know when to offer the next lessons. We feel confident trusting TMS to guide our children’s education both cognitively and socially. My children are eager to see the staff as they walk in each morning, and happy to see us at pickup time. We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful learning environment for our family, and to be a part of the school community.

I have consistently witnessed and stated how much more developed she is compared to other children in her age group. We have had such great guides since my daughter was 18 months old until now where she is 4 years old. They truly care for each child and treat them as if they are in a class alone. I am so happy to have found such a great establishment where I can really trust with the growth of my children.

I could not think of a better learning environment for my children than TMS. The guides are exceptional, recognizing and fostering the needs and strengths of each individual child. The classroom community fosters a true sense of family, friendship, and kindness for children to thrive.
