Why We Love South Philly/West Passyunk

Meet the Guarnieri-Kaufmann Family to learn why they love living in South Philadelphia, courtesy of Rachel Utain-Evans Photography.

When planning where you’d like to raise your family there are so many things to take into consideration. Many people are invested in finding a neighborhood that feels right for them. In this series, we’ve invited a few of our Philadelphia Family Members to connect us with a local family they’ve served to explore why they love where they live.

Rachel Utain-Evans Photography is proud to share their work and introduce you to the Guarnieri-Kaufmann family, to share why they love where they live.

The adjoining neighborhoods of South Philly and West Passyunk are both vibrant neighborhoods with their own unique character and attractions. South Philly is known for its Italian-American heritage and sports culture, while West Passyunk has a diverse population and a growing restaurant and business scene. Both neighborhoods offer a mix of residential and commercial areas, as well as green spaces and community events. Both are home to fantastic green space that include parks, community gardens, a lake, golf, and more!
