“Fabi’s Cleaners are amazing! They come to our house once a month to do a regular clean and that is seriously one of my favorite days each month. It is a rare time when everything is clean at the same time. I usually have the same couple of ladies come to the house. I love that because they know how I like the house and which products I prefer them to use. They are fast and clean well. The ladies are very friendly and respectful. I usually just have them do a regular clean and have asked for add-ons like oven cleaning, cabinet cleaning, etc. They offer many different cleaning services. Scheduling on the website is very easy. Fabi, the owner is super friendly and was very helpful when we started working together a few years ago. As a busy parent Fabi’s Cleaning is such a time saver. I appreciate them and recommend them to everyone!”

“Super happy with the work that Groovy Hues did. Edy and his team were so respectful to us and our home. They did great work patching and spackling. When our roof started leaking a few days before our project start date, Michelle and Leah made it super easy to postpone the ceiling painting until the leak was resolved. They checked on us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the work being done. Everyone was very professional and transparent. I don’t usually post pictures with my reviews but the result of this textured room is worth seeing! Definitely would recommend!”

“Having just moved to Philadelphia, I had a lot on my plate: unpacking boxes, figuring out the logistics of all of our paperwork, caring for our one year old daughter and attempting to figure out a job transfer, which unfortunately, did not pull through. I was jobless, I didn’t know what to do, and I had never felt so lonely and afraid of how I was going to care for my daughter. My family all live on the west coast and we moved for my husbands job. I came across this business that not only provided a laundry service, but that this business is run by Mom‘s who also hire other moms to become their laundry specialists. I played with the idea for several months as my husband told me to not go with it since I had worked so hard in my marketing career. But long and behold, three months later, I decided to apply to be a laundry specialist with this company. I wasn’t sure what to expect or that they would even hire me, but they were so appreciative and so welcoming to join the team. It’s been a pleasure to be able to provide a service that not only helped me when I needed it most, but now I’m helping other moms who are either falling behind on their laundry or needing that extra help. I’ve assisted more than just your normal mom, I’ve assisted senior citizens who can’t do their laundry because they are going through a health issue or a daughter realizing that her mom hasn’t done her laundry because her mom has dementia. Or a small business is needing that extra help. Or someone’s washer broke down. Lessen the Loads is not only there to provide a service, but also a community of moms who wouldn’t otherwise be able to hold a sustainable job because they have kids and it’s hard in these economic times. Lessen the Loads has changed my life – in more than one way way, and for that reason, I’m nominating this mom run business.”
