That pivotal moment – buying her first house at just 20 years old – taught her a lesson that now drives her entire career philosophy: “Home is more than just a place; it’s where we find safety, comfort, and a sense of control in a sometimes chaotic world.” This personal insight into the transformative power of homeownership became the cornerstone of her mission to help others find their own foundation.
Her son Anthony, who nominated her for this recognition, has witnessed firsthand the dedication that defines her approach. “Six years ago, while raising three children and working two jobs, she took a leap of faith and started her own real estate business,” he notes. “Watching her build it from the ground up while still making time to help others has been nothing short of amazing.”
Building Community Through Service and Education
Brittany’s commitment to her community extends far beyond real estate transactions. She regularly hosts educational seminars designed to empower others with knowledge, whether they’re first-time homebuyers or entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses. Her collaborative approach includes sponsoring events, sharing growth strategies, and creating meaningful connections that help others move forward in their journeys.
“Giving back to my community is at the heart of everything I do—it’s not just about real estate, it’s about building relationships and helping people thrive,” Brittany explains. Her volunteer work with local organizations and her annual donations to struggling families in the Philadelphia area reflect her belief that success is measured not just in professional achievements, but in the positive impact one has on others’ lives.

Few stories capture Brittany’s approach better than her two-year journey with a client who was living in an unsafe neighborhood, sharing a cramped apartment while trying to escape a difficult situation. As a devoted mother with a strong work ethic, the woman had clear goals but felt emotionally and financially stuck.
“Over the course of two years, I walked alongside her through every step of the journey—helping her rebuild her credit, get her finances in order, and most importantly, begin to believe in herself,” Brittany recalls. The process wasn’t linear; they had to start over more than once, facing both financial and emotional setbacks along the way.
“When she finally walked through the doors of her own home, the tears in her eyes said everything,” Brittany reflects. “That moment of relief, pride, and joy is something I will never forget. It reminded me why I do this work. I don’t just help people buy houses—I help them find safety, stability, and a renewed sense of self.”

Anthony describes his mother’s approach to life’s challenges with admiration: “What amazes me most is her mindset. No matter how overwhelming life gets, she remains positive, grounded, and incredibly grateful. She’s humble, never forgetting where she came from, and carries herself with a quiet strength that leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.”
Her approach goes deeper than typical real estate transactions. “My main focus isn’t just to help people buy and sell homes. It is to help them understand their options and help them decide what’s best for them and overcome any obstacles… or mind blocks, them not believing in themselves that they’re capable of it.”
For Brittany, the most rewarding cases are often the most challenging ones. “It’s always people in the roughest spots,” she notes. She’s guided numerous single mothers, women, and men going through difficult life transitions to homeownership, helping them discover that sense of security and stability.
Building Success Through Team Leadership
Two years ago, Brittany expanded her impact by forming a team with business partner Courtney Dampman. “I didn’t realize how much I would like this—helping other people grow within real estate,” she says. Their team includes two other women, both mothers, who had limited success in real estate before joining Brittany and her business partner Courtney’s mentorship.
Brittany’s daily support and guidance have transformed not just her team members’ businesses, but also their confidence. “You have to be really self-motivated every day. You fail. I fail every single day. And being able to fail and keep going is the key to it.”
Creating Lasting Impact
Brittany’s influence extends through every relationship she builds, every family she guides to homeownership, and every life she touches through her community service. Her story demonstrates how personal challenges can become the foundation for helping others, and how professional success can be measured not just in transactions closed, but in lives transformed.
“I don’t love homes—I love people,” she states simply. “And being part of someone’s journey toward healing and growth is the most rewarding part of what I do.”
