ReBoot4Success, LLC helps students pick up where they left off in college - so they can finally graduate and pursue the futures they want. Some students struggle with the transition from High School, or experience medical or family crises that impact their forward momentum. ReBoot4Success, LLC also helps working adults who are seeking a career pivot. Their approach blends weekly coaching, strategic academic support and success habits, financial literacy skills needed for college planning, and career assessment and development. They provide a private Facebook group for their students once they re-engage in school for added support.
DEIB is a critically important value in their company, because students experience more success in their endeavors when they feel they belong, and can take risks because they know someone has their backs.

Back when I was a freshmen in college, I had a very hard time adapting to the college environment and pace, my grades were below average to the point where I was in academic suspension for about 2 semesters straight. I was lost because my advisor was really no help, I was actually on the verge of dropping out because my gpa was like a 1.3. I believe I then received an email from Robin or went into the office and she was the only person who came up to me and offered me assistance. She sat me down as if she was my advisor and recommended me classes that would not only increase my GPA, but classes that helped me accelerate where I was having trouble, such as Math 10 (math tutoring). She also taught my Academic Recovery class. After about 2 semesters, my GPA rose above 2.0 and never went back under. She not only gave me hope but she was the main component for where I am today, she took time out of her days, no appointment necessary, for a person she’s never met and treated me as if she was my advisor and therapist, I felt like I could tell her everything and not be judged and I knew the day I met her that she wouldn’t have let me fail. A thank you wouldn’t be enough for the mentality that she instilled in me! I currently am only 2 classes away from getting my Accounting Degree from Penn State, I took off for a year to get my CDL (commercial driver’s license) and now I currently been driving Semi Trucks for almost 3 years now.
