I’m so thrilled to finally find a therapist that works for me through this practice! I have specifically worked with Dr. Gratson for almost a year and I’ve been so happy with my experience. I’ve been pleased by the breadth of experience my therapist has and impressed by her continued commitment to learning and professional development. She is knowledgeable about topics that I did not specifically request and it has proved extraordinarily valuable to my therapeutic journey. In addition, i find her communication is clear, technology has worked well (I prefer virtual appointments) and she balances listening and providing input in a way that I really appreciate.
I’ll be honest, she was recommended to me by someone at the practice who knows me, and I was a little wary. Coming off the heals of two prior therapists, one of whom I’d worked with for almost 5 years, I didn’t think therapy would be for me anymore. It didn’t feel useful. It turns out that it was about the therapist herself and not therapy.
