Description
The Restore PT team is here to help the community with anything from shoulder pain to leaking to birth prep! The main goals are to help patients become symptom-free but also to encourage and teach functional strength training to prevent any injuries and issues in the future. Restore is also the go-to spot for any perinatal needs including pregnancy strength training, birth prep, postpartum recovery, and birth doula services. In 2026, Restore has started a program catered to athletes ages 12+ to prevent injuries and improve longevity in their sport!
