The team handled our 1920s row home with a level of care that felt almost personal. They walked us through concerns about old layers of lead paint, explained every step, protected our floors and nursery, and made sure the house stayed clean and safe for the baby.
What struck me most was the transparency. Every day began with a clear plan and ended with a walkthrough before the crew left. When a small section of damaged plaster behind our bookcase was discovered, they didnโt paint over it or rush. They patched it properly because it was โthe right thing to do,โ even though it added extra effort for them and no extra cost for us.
