As parents some of our main goals are to keep our kids safe, healthy, and happy. Perhaps toss in giving them a good education if you’re feeling lucky. And we are feeling lucky, because one of our greatest community resources, Please Touch Museum, is offering FREE admission on select Sundays this summer to help our children learn healthy habits to prepare for a great start to the school year. Goals? Check.

Children learn best through play, ask any educator or child care professional. Please Touch Museum has been in the business of play for decades and keeps their exhibits fresh all year long so there is always something new to see, explore, learn, climb, etc. The possibilities are endless in this magical place! Please Touch Museum wants to help ensure that our children are healthy in mind, body, and spirit and Ready and Set to learn in School so they have speerheaded this public health awareness campaign with Independence Blue Cross, Independence Blue Cross Foundation, and Keystone First to bring play-based experiences related to health and wellness practices.

Please Touch Museum’s school readiness campaign offers families the chance to learn about healthy habits and practices through play-based experiences, while enjoying free admission on three designated Sundays during Summer 2024. We know that when children are healthy in mind, body, and spirit, they are READY and SET to learn in SCHOOL.
