Every year, from November to January, we ask our readers to share their experiences and recommendations with us via LOVE Award nominations. This Philadelphia Family Best for Families Guide features the local businesses and nonprofit organizations who stood out as Community Builders worth celebrating. They have gone above and beyond expectations to deliver outstanding products and services, and we are proud to recognize them as our LOVE Award Winners and Family Favorites.

The Philly Family team team was proud to present a $1,000 donation to Youthphoria on behalf of our Members and Communities at the 2023 LOVE Awards Celebration. Youthphoria is an ongoing project dedicated to photographing trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive youth at no cost in the Greater Philadelphia area, while providing an affirming experience that celebrates them along the way. Philadelphia Family is published by a team of local women to connect families raising their kids in the city with resources, events, and each other. It all started with our vibrant Philly Family Community Facebook group dedicated to Building Community (join the conversation with our 5,000 local members!) and our Email Newsletters, which deliver our curated roundup of things to do in Philly and around the Main Line (virtually and in person), as well as our latest news and updates from local businesses, each week!
