“Maria Lopez with Not A Peep changed our family’s life. We had just had our second baby and were deep in the throes of sleep deprivation. It was taking us over an hour to put our second child down to sleep, creating lots of jealousy and outbursts from our second, and all the while our baby would be up every thirty minutes. I was seeing my doctor about starting therapy and antidepressants because the situation was drowning me into PPA and PPD.
