Adults are welcome to take lessons as well! Alexander Technique lessons for musicians, actors, dancers and all kinds of performers are available. Alexander Technique can help all kinds of people to find greater balance of movement, freedom from aches and pains, and increased creativity.

This studio provides an excellent education in music and performance for my child. Heather Gardner is an attentive teacher who cares deeply for her students, challenges them, and supports them all at once. Gardner’s particular expertise means that her students learn music and performance holistically–in ways that involve the whole body (breath, posture, alignment, etc.) The teachings set up a young musician not just to perform well, but to perform in ways that they can sustain for a lifetime.
